30 Years old apartment renovation. More than 200 square meters maisonette was split in the second floor with a dwelling unit to sell, first floor had skeleton remodeling. To bette specify, the first floor was remodelled, while the family was living on the second floor . The sash replacement pair of the openings underwent ash replacement with cover construction method. Consideration was spent for a easy to use living for the elderly grandmother, in particular bathroom and kitchen.
